On the 2013 CRF 250 the idle speed is handled by the fuel injection system, so there’s no traditional cable adjustment like older carb models. If the idle is unstable, it can point to a dirty throttle body, an air leak, or an issue with the idle air control system. Checking for stuck sensors or cleaning the throttle body often fixes it. If the idle still won’t settle, a diagnostic scan can show if the injector or sensor values are out of range.
