COMPETITION
ATVs and quadracers will be arranged in the start box in the following order:
Box ’Sport’ : first six from the ranking of ’Quad’ and six from the ATV class according to the ranking of Estonian MV and KV current ranking. The list will be published on www.msport.ee.
All the other competitors will be arranged in Box 2 according to the order of registration.
NB! ATV and Quad class machines must have the competition number in the front. (NB! The colour combination according to the classes is compulsory).

Solo motorcycles shall be arranged in the technical box according to the machine classes and in the order of the morning registration and shall go to the start line in the following order:
SPORT CLASS: E1, E2, senior, hobby (5cc
Before the start on the way from the box to the start line both competitors must go through a corridor, where the number and existence of the participants is confirmed. Thus we are trying to avoid the situation when the competitors are coming to the track from the places not designated for it.

BOX STOP
Refuelling in the box only with stopped engine. In case of violation, the result of the competitor is annulment of the result / disqualification. The referee is regulating exits from the box, which prevents the collision of the competitor leaving the box and the competitor on the track.

STARTING PROCEDURE
Both starts are filmed. Start is given within one minute of the referee’s signal. Start is with stopped engine. (NB! ATV and Quads: STOP SWITCH connected, competitor behind the vehicle). False starter is disqualified. In case of false start, all the competitors are directed behind the start line and a new start is given.

The race track is marked in full length, track referees are observing the competitors on the track and the short cutters’ result is disqualified

The competition ends when the time limit is full, after that the competitors start finishing not depending on the leader’s location on the track. The ranking of the competitors is determined by the laps covered and the placement among the other competitors.

REGISTRATION:

Pre-registration ends on 7th September 2011.
On the spot an additional fee of 10€ will be added to the participation fee for those not pre-registered.

Start fee can be paid on spot when registering for the race.

PROTESTS:
All protests must be lodged according to the Disciplinary and Arbitration Code of the FIM
and the Supplementary Regulations and be accompanied by a fee of 500 EUR.

Protests concerning the results of the race must be submitted to the Jury of the race not later than
30 minutes after the announcement of the results of the machine class. All the disputes not covered in the Code of the FIM, CER Regulations or the present instruction shall be settled by the Jury of the race.

INSURANCE:
The national federation of a foreign competitor must ensure by signing the participation application that the racer is insured in accordance to FIM requirements. The organiser is not responsible for the damage to the motorcycles or their details and accessories in case of an accident, fire, theft etc.
It is possible to purchase a one-time EMF competition permit at the price of 30€ on the spot.

WAIVING THE RIGHT OF PROTEST
In addition to the requirements of the Code of FIM, all the participating the riders and co-riders waive all their rights to submit complaints or protests against the organisers or agents through Arbitration or Court or through any other means, which has not been regulated by the Code of FIM, concerning the compensation for damage, which they can be liable for in connection with the fulfilment of their duties as an organiser, his clerk, representatives or agents while executing the present instructions, or which resulted from their actions. The organiser is not responsible for the damage to the motorcycles, their details and accessories in case of an accident, fire, theft etc.

RESULTS:
The preliminary results shall be published in the secretariat, on the official notice board. The final results shall be confirmed within 24 hours and shall be published on the web pages of the organiser (www.msport.ee) and EMF.
